also there are some parts that look like they've been filmed in a phone.
what do you think?

Sorry for the late reply! We think that the cameras are surveying footage of the Bastards that is being sent to Warhol/Lieseil. The cameras are probably used to always have an eye on the brothers, signifying that they are always being watched and regulated.
